In September 2019, we needed to travel. Taking into consideration our Senior age & pre-existing conditions, Swapnil sat us down & very patiently explained the entire Insurance process in case of any unfortunate eventualities. He assured us that once we contacted him, he will ensure that we do not have any problems with claims etc.
At that point we decided to take our Travel Insurance through GroRight. He suggested Religare Health Insurance which we took. Thankfully we had an uneventful travel.
In March 2020 we approached Swapnil for information on the Top Up Insurance that we were having. We were surprised to note that there were several Fine Line Points that we were not aware of where we would actually be spending from our pockets in case of any Major Surgery & Hospitalization.
After Swapnil’s detailed explanation & advice, we re-planned some of our Insurance policies (Health, Travel & Motor) & later our Investments too. What impressed us about Swapnil & his company GroRight, was his confidence, the fact that he was well informed and his ability to put it across in a simple manner for anyone to follow.
